I went through the same struggles when I first started training. Over 5 years of my life were wasted with bad training and bad nutrition. I used to spend over 2 hours per day in the gym. There was a period where I was even going twice a day, and my results sucked!

Until one day I decided to make things change. I educated myself and read hundreds of books about training and nutrition. Now I only workout 4 times a week and spend less than 60 minutes per day in the gym. I’m stronger, healthier, faster, and my body looks A LOT better than before.

Every day I see people that are struggling in the gym. They’re putting in effort and time, and look exactly the same as they did 6 months ago. That’s why I launched this blog — to help and guide the people that are already motivated to change their bodies but don’t know how.
